Body OD is 8mm (0.315"), inserts OD is 6mm (0.235"). The mold is supplied with 12 inserts 6mm x 50mm.
You'll have to buy  suitable O-rings or zip-ties to regulate how deep the inserts go inside the bodies (see pictures)
